Our Story
Forge and Feller was born from a passion for chainsaws and a desire to serve. While my professional background is in IT for a top U.S. bank, working with 2-cycle engines and chainsaws has always been a personal project. The idea for this business took root during a month-long volunteer effort in Western North Carolina, helping with tree cleanup after natural disasters. Seeing firsthand the need for reliable power saws sparked a vision to create a business that offers high-quality tools without breaking the bank.

What Makes Us Different
We’re not here to sell clone saws or overpriced OEM models. Our mission is to craft hybrid chainsaws that rival the power and longevity of OEM saws at just 50% of the cost. We also specialize in restoring older saws, giving them a second life and helping reduce waste. Whether it’s a 30-year-old Stihl, Husqvarna, or Echo, we’re committed to preserving craftsmanship for future generations.

Meet the Founder
My name is Phil Goshen - When I’m not building saws, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife, sons, and dogs. Traveling, exploring nature, and giving back to the community fuel my passion for life and work. Starting this business is a leap of faith, but I trust in God’s guidance to make Forge and Feller a place where passion meets purpose.
