Return Policy

Overview
We offer a 30-day return and repair policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or repair.

Eligibility for Returns and Repairs

  • Ported Saws:
    We cover only damage caused by shipping or our craftsmanship. We do not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper carburetor tuning, or neglect.

    • To be eligible for a return or repair, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Used Saws:
    Used saws are not returnable under any circumstances.

  • Remorse Returns:
    Returns initiated due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind must be shipped at the purchaser’s expense.

Warranty Information

All saws carry the following warranties:

  • Consumer Warranty: 1 year from the date of purchase.

  • Commercial Warranty: 6 months from the date of purchase.

Warranty Terms:

  1. Local Warranty Repairs:

    • Items can be dropped off free of charge at the location specified on the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Shipped Warranty Repairs:

    • Warranties requiring shipment of saws will include a non-refundable $50 fee to help cover shipping costs.

    • This fee will be billed when your warranty request is approved.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or warranty claim, contact us at support@forgeandfeller.com. Once your request is accepted, we will:

  1. Provide a return shipping label (if applicable).

  2. Send detailed instructions, including where and how to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue promptly and work with you to make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval or denial of your refund.

  • If approved: You will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If denied: We will provide a detailed explanation.

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used saws.

  • Items not in their original condition or missing essential components.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper carburetor tuning, or neglect.
