That’s why we provide comprehensive warranties tailored to both custom saws and Holzfforma Clone saws.

Custom Saw Warranty

  • Consumer Warranty: 1 year from the date of purchase.

  • Commercial Warranty: 6 months from the date of purchase.

Holzfforma Clone Saw Warranty

  • Consumer Warranty: 3 months from the date of purchase.

  • Commercial Warranty: 1 month from the date of purchase.

Local Warranty Repairs

If you’re local, we make repairs simple and convenient:

  • Drop your saw off free of charge at the location specified in your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • We’ll handle the rest to get your saw back to peak performance.

Shipped Warranty Repairs

For customers needing to ship their saws, we’ve streamlined the process to make it as hassle-free as possible:

  • A non-refundable $50 fee applies to cover shipping costs for warranty repairs.

  • This fee will be billed after your warranty request is approved.
